If I die, let me die.

I've being wandering around and taking pictures everywhere I go, you soon learn to ignore the people 'pssshing' at you because you look like a tourist. Psssh. I was about to take a picture of someones house the other day but just as I did an elderly man happened to walk out the front door, it is fair to say we engaged in some awkward eye contact. I got a shifty look, but I was the one taking a picture of his front door...

Here are a collection of thoughts from the past few days.

.I approved of Doctor Who on Saturday night.
.New Girl was great, Winston made me laugh lots.
.I got told off by a lady today, it made me sad. My brother came to the awkward rescue with words though, but still some people are just plain mean and rude. Days like this I wished I lived in Canada.
.She can consider me a new enemy, my dog will poo where ever he pleases whether it be near your house.
.Plane tickets to Italy are here, I am very excited.
.I love Sundays.
.How many times can Tom from casualty punch people in the hospital without getting fired, it is okay though cos he is beautiful and I forgive him.
.My new shoes (featured in the last picture) broke within 3 hours of wearing them for the first time ever.
.I am not pleased.

Jogging tips #1

I can't explain how much this can turn around a whole jogging experience, having the right playlist will put you in the perfect mind set for jogging and can motivate you to run so much further.
So the night before you go jogging get your water bottle and fill it up about a quarter of the way and freeze it.
The next morning, before you go for your jog simply fill the rest of the bottle up with water and then you will have a cool refreshing drink for when you run.
Okay, I'm not actually sure what these are called but it is a thing which straps around your arm all for the reasonable price of  £2.99. You can keep yo moneys, yo phone and yo ipod in it, to be honest it is just really handy and it makes you look the part.
By the by, I finally started my blog roll, so be sure to check it out.

Let's talk about bullying.

Every single person in the world is different and we will all grow to love that about the planet in time, but sometimes it is hard to love yourself and keep your head above the water when you are constantly being pushed under.
When someone bullies you it makes you feel worthless, it makes you question yourself 'Why do I even bother?' 'What is the point?'. This makes it hard to keep up the energy and to have the will to carry on fighting sometimes, but fighting is what makes you strong. This makes you worthy. This is the reason to push through everything.

My experience with bullying was reasonably short-lived and basically started occurring when I was in primary school. The only way I can think to start this is with...
Jordan Stretton, AVADA KEDAVRA (figuratively of course)
You made me feel like dirt and you broke me up inside with your disgusting words. You made me feel insecure and repulsive when really I was just a child? It is completely sickening for a little girl to loathe everything about herself. Don't worry about it though, it is fine and I'd never hold a grudge against a human being. I got over it, kind of. We sorted it out because Gregg told the dinner lady that I'd being crying as a result of Jordan (so my mother says, I don't remember that at all, but hey thanks Gregg). The only thing that bothered me was how it effected me for the rest of my life. I despised myself painfully through out high school and the colour of my skin and my ethnicity was an unmentionable subject till I reached my last year where I finally learned that I love the colour of my skin and I would never alter it in my wildest dreams, even though I would've done anything to change it just a while back.
Aside from the few odd small racist remarks in high school that has been the last of it really and even if anyone said something like that to me again, I would just swish my hair and be like 'Deal with it'.

My friend Dan sent me this video the other night and wow, I've never felt so much pain and anger through a video. It inspired me to write this post and I would encourage you all to watch it and share it.

Do you have your own stories about bullying, how did you get through it? Do you have any advice on it and what is your opinion of bullying?

Again, please watch the video, it says a lot more than I could ever say.

'As if broken bones hurt more than the names we got called
and we got called them all,
so we grew up believing no one would ever fall in love with us,
that we'd be lonely forever
and that we'd never meet someone.'

Mothering Sunday.

Bonjour, I made croissants this morning pour ma mère and they were delicious.
I'm sorry I haven't blogged a lot recently, but I've had things that need to be sorted (which still aren't sorted because I am brilliant at procrastinating)
Happy Mother's Day everyone, what have you all done today?

Sing me to sleep, I'm tired and I want to go to bed.
Sing me to sleep and then leave me alone.
Don't try to wake me in the morning, cause I will be gone.
Don't feel bad for me.
I want you to know that deep in the cell of my heart I will feel so glad to go
Sing me to sleep
I don't want to wake up on my own anymore
Sing to me
I don't want to wake up on my own anymore.
There is another world, there is a better world
Well, there must be.

Do you ever have days where you want to sleep forever? I also want a Greggs.

Les Miserables.

I recently went to go see Les Mis and wow, just wow. It is an utterly beautiful film. I am one of those grumpy people that don't really enjoy musicals unless they come in the form of a Disney film, but Les Mis played my heart like a harp. To tell you the truth I will happily put it all down to Hugh Jackman (what an amazing voice wolvey) I mean it though, if it wasn't for him I wouldn't have being half as eager as I was to go see it. Oh also, big kudos to Anne Hathaway for cutting her beautiful hair for the film, I don't think I would ever have the balls to do that.
Anyway, the pictures!
This is my Great Grandfathers book, which my mum found whilst she was clearing out and I just thought it was so beautiful and now it proudly sits in my bedroom.
I've being really sick and drained lately but I am determined to push myself and this blog further.
I'm really interested to find out what you all think of Les Miserables?

I also have a pretty big blogging project am working on!
